Heat Treatment

Heat treatment is a process of changing a microstructure in metal materials and alloys, such as steel and aluminum so that it is useful as a power component. For example additions to the surface hardness, temperature resistance, elasticity and durability of a material.

With two carburizing furnaces, we are not only able to provide in-house tempering following cold forging; we also use tempering to stabilize the structure of materials, with induction hardening for higher perfomance and improved machinability. Stabilizing hardness through tempering also improves strenght and abrasive resistance
