Machining

Machining is a term used to describe a disposal of material from a workpiece, covering several processes, usually divided into the following categories:
– Cutting, generally using a single-point or multipoint on a cutting tool.
– Abrasive processes, such as grinding.
– As well as other processes in machining that are not uncommon because they utilize electricity, chemicals, and optimal energy sources.
